Metal Work, Stone Work & Mill Work,
Dublin Crossing, Clayton Heights,
Surrey, B.C., Portfolio #2
This project was built to achieve the traditional style you will see in an Irish pub
Dublin crossings acquired a larger space beside the existing pub in the beginning of 2016. They hired Richard Buhler for this project because he’s one of the best contractors when it comes to converting hollow spaces into functional and attractive visions for restaurateurs dream spaces.
For this particular project we created a 8′ tall gothic arched window a precision fit was required to make this unique window
and a short forged curtain wall on top of a stone pony wall
The materials used are mild steel-flat for the frame of the window with a tig-welded edge which has a precise fitting insert to sandwich the glass between the steel.
The railing is comprised of forged 3/4 solid bar with flat bar material.
The small curtain railing was hand forged to divide the space in the room visually.
