Mega Gate, Intercom and Liftmaster CSL-24, Abbotsford, Portfolio #29

This custom fence was constructed with an aluminum channel measuring 36 feet long and 8 feet tall in the center. The frame was constructed from 2x4 aluminum with a 3/16 wall thickness, which provided the necessary strength without making the frame too large. We used a plasma cutter to create a 3/4 inch passthrough for each picket. The design features two 45-degree wings, one with a fence panel, and the other with a man gate and a mechanical digital keypad. This gate also includes an intercom system, a LiftMaster CSL-24 chain drive commercial motor system with a photoeye and edge system, and an EMX Carsense rather than a traditional loop system.
